What is this wonderful butter cake you speak of? It sounds delicious, butter is one of my (few!) vices, can't get enough of that stuff. I think a recipe post is in order!
And the best part is that I've bought a box Koopmans Boterkoek at the supermarket. Add 200 gram butter and one egg.Stir with your hands, 25 minutes in a hot oven and hey presto! Sorry, no propper recipe from me.
